I write ceremonies the way a good friend would tell your story.
I'm Rick. I've spent ten years on stages, in boardrooms, and in front of rooms full of people who didn't know each other yet.
What I learned is simple: the right words, said in the right order, at the right moment, can move a room. That's what a ceremony is supposed to do.
